Oxymorrons are one of those bands whose genre of music can't really be pinpointed. Rather, they're one of those bands who pull from various brands of sound to create something totally original. Currently out on the road with alternative hip-hop artist Astronautalis, the quintet, who are influenced by rock, metal, rapcore, and hip-hop are playing shows through the end of November. - Jackie Yaege
Swedish producer Felix Snow experienced big radio success with Kiiara's "Gold" this summer, after a long march to the top. And while Oxymorrons' "Asleep," which premieres on The FADER today, doesn't sound much like Kiiara's smash, it has Snow behind the boards and delivering what could be another big hit. There are lots of handclaps to be found here, plus shots of liquor and lots of Sprite. - Myles Tanzer
